Platypus Shoes Christchurch

I am a solo traveler, because my shoes are broken, so I need to buy the new one to replace them, I think there is something wrong with the saleswoman's work, I bought the shoes, and she kept selling me socks and things to wipe the shoes, I said I don't need them anymore, but she kept on selling them, which really bothers me.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size shoes online and Amber and the team were so helpful and lovely sorting out getting the correct size sent to them to exchange. Absolutely 10/10 service! Thanks again!

Great, quick and easy shoe shopping experience. Plenty of cool styles to choose from. The staff were very friendly, especially the Irish dude (so sorry I can't recall his name!) He was so very helpful in getting the best fit of shoe for my son and had alot of friendly banter with my son and I which was awesome, my son left thinking he was the coolest. So professional yet personable. He deserves alot of recognition from Platypus as an employee! Will be back to this store instead of others due to all of this. A+++

Just want to tell you what an outstanding manager is at Christchruch city High street.I had a issue with my previously shoes and without even question we tracked down my order and he allowed me to exchange them. This is beyond what I expected and he should be commended on outstanding customer service. Give the man a trip to Fiji. Manager Michael is what ever retail outlet needs.

I needed to get some new shoes for work and had just the best shoe shopping experience when I went into the Cashel street store last Thursday. Store manager Jeff was the best ! Really efficient, helpful, chatty, attentive and incredibly knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. I tried on a number of different styles of shoes and sizes, and nothing seemed to be a problem to him. His manner was friendly, upbeat and down-to-earth. He gave me his time and undivided attention and seemed happy to ask all of my questions (I'm not a frequent shopper and often find decision-making hard!), he didn't mind my annoying questions and indecision. Based on all the above, I ended up buying not one but two pairs of shoes/boots! Jeff had recommended the Dr Marten Wonder balsam product to me but they were out of stock. Never fear ! Jeff and his colleague located the product at a different Platypus store (in Queenstown) and arranged for it to be delivered to my house and free of charge! Unbelievably it was in my mailbox the next day ! This was the cherry on top of the icing on the cake! Such great customer care and service. Definitely heading back. I highly recommend this store to anyone after good shoes and great service. Thanks again Jeff & co.

Awesome experience! My mum and I both went in today and bought a pair of shoes each. Amazing service by the two that were working there, they went over and above to find us both what we needed. :)
