Horrible place the coffee sucked and only one choice at breakfast time definitely won't be staying the night anytime soon.

Local constables station. Handy to Community hub/house and shops. For extra Security.

Recognizable difference in communication skills and treatment with members of the public. Respect. You can learn something from them.

Busy building with people coming and going, mainly blokes. Firearms department very friendly, PIB less so.

They helped us to find our lost passport. Thank you so much.

Initially tardy response to my complaint ,but when actioned, very professional and friendly service. Complaint sorted for all parties.. What every Police Station should be do!! Great work!

3시 좀넘어서 갔는데 계속 서류관련번호를 요구하면서 안도와주다가 저희가 결국 못찾아서 시간낭비하니깐 퇴근시간4시전에 부랴부랴 자기가 연락해서 일처리가 끝났습니다. 퇴근못할까봐 서둘러 도와주던데 진작에 해줬으면 10분도 안되서 빨리끝났을거를 30분넘게 하느라 불편했습니다. 특히 거기있는 경찰관들은 친절하지않습니다. 일처리속도도 느리고요! 비추요ㅠ 사실 다른경찰서도 모두 이럴까봐 가기도싫어지네요. 그냥 사건사고없이 무사히 지내야될것같은ㅂ느낌...ㅎ다들무탈없이 지내시길...

Wish I could add attachment photos of my expensive leather wallet which was handed into lost property 2 weeks ago Tuesday and was supposed to be couriered to another station, was told 2 times after arriving to the pukekohe front desk it should be on its way (which never even left the manukau station) to which I would be notified. No phone calls no messages and end up traveling to the manukau station to find it stuffed in a zip lock bag still sodden and now mouldy and ruined (the lady asked if was I called or notified of the condition of my wallet which I hadn’t and if I’d like all of my cards removed and throw away the wallet hahaha. Front desk and contact centre needs to sort out there stuff, love the hard work of the police enforcement.

On my holiday here in NZ my friend and I had to file a report in the early hours of the morning. The report I filed was taken seriously by a very kind officer who made us feel comfortable and very much heard.Thanks again to the NZ police for helping us in our time of need.
