Animal control service

The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. You can tell they genuinely care about their animals. Have had 2 dogs from them over the decades and both were beautiful girls who were loved to bits and are both sorely missed.The place is always very clean and tidy, smelling of disinfectant, like a hospital rather than what I always imagined the pound to be. However the hours they are open and available to the public for adoptions is limited. I assume that the other roles they play as council animal control is the reason they are so busy.Thanks for the amazing hard work you all do. I’m sure parts of it must be heartbreaking so you are strong people to stay day after day fighting to find homes for the others.Thank you for everything.

I feel very thankful to have stumbled across Smash'd Em Pest Control. After talking to another pest control company about potential bed bugs and feeling patronised and belittled, I rang Smash'd Em Pest Control with my morale feeling low. This instantly changed when talking to Ronelle who was very knowledgeable, reassuring and understanding. I felt supported and heard as she listened and tried her best to answer all of my paranoid questions. The service was fast - less than an hour after I rang, Jon came to my house for a free investigation. Jon was thorough and informative and very understanding, professional and kind. Incredibly happy with the service, super friendly and supportive staff. I would recommend anybody and everybody to this service, very caring and helpful people.

I board my dogs here regularly -they love it the staff are great and treat my dog just like one of their own.

Great helpful staff with an excellent facility

From picking up the phone to answer our questions to the job done on the first day. This company is awesome. They were helpful, very affordable and super friendly. My partner did find places that were abit cheaper (even though these prices are on point) but because their customer service was so good, we went with them. Then on the first day of treatment, the exterminator arrived on time, gave us a good summary of what is to happen, and did an amazing job. We saw no signs of them anymore, and then on the follow up treatment, it was a quick hi and bye and a job well done. We were so surprised with the results, but love it! If we have any other critters annoying us again, we'll definitely call these guys for help.Called them again for cockroaches and wonderful job! Just one treatment and never saw those suckers again! Love this place. Defs my go to from now on for any bug related infestations.

It was ok.But disappointed to find out that we couldn't get a puppy.due to that fact that it wasn't allowed to sleep outside.in our fully fenced section.And kennel at night.I have had dogs all my live.Never been told that it had to sleep inside.i was send a email to sayThat all thier animals have to sleep inside. So we were decine.Very disappointed outcome
