Worst service ever. Logged fault with wires that were hanging down after cyclone Gabrielle and had to call for a technician twice. They closed the job leaving wires over the footpath! Third job logged now - unbelievable

Can I just say , if you had more installers like Tom that looks after the Silverdale/millwater/milldale area , your rating would be far higher. He is a credit to your company and restore a customer believe and faith in customer service. He is a advantage to any employer and goes out of his way for tge customer and understand that every job has a real human and customer connect to it.Well done on employing a great person.

Minus 5 Stars. Copper Withdrawal process. Four appointments made by Chorus over 6 months. Three no shows. Fourth, technician could only do half the job. New appointment 10/02/2023 to finish job. Get letter from Chorus 14/01/2023 confirming copper service will NOT be disconnected until fibre is installed and up and running. Copper service is disconnected 17/01/2023. No internet connection. What gives Chorus?Update: ISP rang in response to my complaint. Their system failed. Between Chorus and ISP they assumed the fibre installation was done and according to plan they cut my copper service. If ISP doesn’t hear from Chorus that there’s problem, the copper connection is cut.In speaking with my ISP I pointed out how that was a dumb way of doing things. Suggested they be proactive and get confirmation that fibre is up and running and check with your customer that they’re happy with the connection, THEN and only then, should they cut the copper connection. In fact, they should allow one month after checking with a customer, before withdrawing copper.Negotiated a month’s rebate on ISP charges. We wait as see what happens next . . .

Why have I been without vdsl service in Cable bay now for almost 30 hours with NO eta on the fix? Because it only affects an estimated 26 people? There is no one that I can call that can tell me what is being done, when it is expected to be fixed. Typical of a monopoly. Very, very poor! Get your act together and get the issue fixed!

Very frustrating organization to deal with, reconnecting my chorus cable was lodged and marked and a health and safety concern and I was told someone would be around on Friday. It has been 4 days since then and I can see today that nothing has been done, I called them again and they said that the job had been closed as someone went around and resolved the issue! I've no had to reopen it, absolute joke

Worst service in NZ. Technician do not care about anything. Management inexistent. a complete Piece of rubbish as a company. Technician came to the property and stay 1.5 hours in the car then write down that they can not find the property. Every time they came, they have a different excuse. I being waiting for the installation of the fibber for a month. still nothing. They should be ashamed of the quantity of service they are providing!

Can't find a company in NZ worse than Chorus. They damaged my water meter when they installed Fiber. Then they said it was Watercare 's fault. Rubbish company. I hope Commerce Mission will fine them millions of dollars one day.

Waited over 4 months since moving into my new home in Central Auckland for a fibre install. Have been relying on a (sub standard) 4G wireless broadband connection.I honestly can’t believe how bad chorus is. They don’t even show up for the appointments that they have booked, no phone call or communication at all.Absolutely useless...and now nearly a year later still waiting for Chorus to repair the public footpath they dug up.
