I'd like to know why you never fill the soap dispensers in the Sumner surf club toilets on the main road when you are paid to do so?

David, from the CHCH branch is very professional and knowledgeable. He is always friendly and completes the job in a timely manner. Dealing with the Auckland call centre, now that is not so simple!

Excellent and quick service

Karl from Rentokil has been helping us manage rodents and wasps on our lifestyle block for a couple of years and is always very professional and friendly and clearly knows a great deal about effective pest management. The thing that has impressed us most is the way he has listened to what we are trying to achieve on our property, e.g. minimising any risks to wildlife and pets from rodent baiting, and then has come up with suggestions for improvements. It's a pleasure dealing with Karl and great to be able to benefit from his knowledge and experience.

The person driving a rentokil 4wd towards akaroa is speeding extremely quickly and is overtaking in very dangerous areas and he has had to take evasive action twice to avoid head on collisions. Not a good advertisement for rentokil. This person needs to learn how to drive safely.

Very Professional

I had The pest control company that deals with the residential services in christchurch and I am very disappointed. The manager Vicky and her employee Jeremy Jerry" had agreed to use a chemical dust 2 dust which is not safe to use within the house as it can effect your breathing if inhaled. I was told this by three other exterminators. I believe my child has been effected by this as he has had a bad cough ever since the treatment had been done. I asked Vicky the manager before the treatment if the chemicals they would be using would be safe as I had children and I was reassured that the chemicals were safe. We also after the first treatment were still getting bitten I then attributed that to some woollen blankets that I didn't hot wash and placed them in the dryer on warm. I remedied that by hot washing and hot drying everything the following week and my children and I were still getting bitten. They felt sorry for me so they offered to inspect the house again. They were reluctant to treat the house a second time and thought that even though I had discovered fresh blood spots and fresh bites it was in my head
