Top notch, easy courier to Auckland. Good when experience finding some hard to find carrera slot pieces, and when there was a problem with a significant purchase (piece missing), they were instant in response and understanding. Ordered it internationally and put it right with me. Highly recommended, excellent back of house staff customer experience!

Went into Acorn today with an issue that wasn't really one covered by warranty. Dealt with friendly staff who referred me to the boss. Was impressed with his understanding and willingness to find a favorable outcome. Will definitely be shopping there again as I got the impression they are not only very knowledgeable, but also genuinely want the best for their customers.

unhelpful whether it be on phone or in person. use mask requirements to shoo you out of the store. poor stock.suitable if you're 50 year old model train enthusiast.
