Fantastic customer service. Very helpful in getting parts for an old bike. They let you know when to pick up which is great instead of the customer having to chase them up.

Awesome service managed to do a tyre change on Sat morning no problems all other shops claimed to be understaffed even though the rim was off the bike. Good price good knowledge.

We bought a brand new green Triumph Thruxton from MotoSouth in March 2017 (on Paddy's Day in fact) and the whole deal and arrangements and after-sales care were absolutely excellent. Alis Tressler is the best motorcycle salesperson we have ever met in NZ (and we've bought quite a number of motorcycles here since 2004) and she was really helpful, lots of fun and great to talk to and deal with. She has motorcycling in the blood and is just a fantastic person who really knows motorcycling and motorcyclists inside and out. Massively positive experience - can't recommend them enough! It is a place to shop your vehicle parts. Usually the well known shop after Repco. That is so popular auto shop. So, no need to write a longer review on Supercheap. But what I might say is they usually might be cheaper to Repco.

We bought a bike from Casbolts when we visited New Zealand and sold it back to them when we left - they were excellent to deal with, very friendly, helpful and fair. Much appreciated and highly recommended.

TERRIBLE SERVICE TODAY (14/07/2023) THE CUSTOMER SERVICE GIRL COMPLETELY IGNORED ME AND REFUSED TO PROVIDE ME SERVICE FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON.

The suspension upgrades from MotoSR have made a big difference to my Suzuki V-Strom 1050 XT. The bike is a lot more capable, confidence inspiring, and fun both on and off road. Off-road it feels lighter, more nimble and actually handles proper bumps now. On road I’m finding I am cornering 1 to 2 gears up from what I was before, yet feeling more stable and confident, even at higher speeds. The overall ride quality is great and I feel comfortable riding all day on the bike. In summary it now feels like a very versatile, well rounded and sorted bike, capable of lots of different riding. Thanks heaps to Scott and the MotoSR crew. Great to deal with and just the result and outcome I could have hoped for. Steve Oliver
