Great guys and girls here . Did a while I waited wof on my KTM as the useless staff at VTNZ had a line down the road and had stopped taking customers by 3.30 pm . I loved looking around the Tracktion shop while I waited and bought a cool sweatshirt at a good price for my son . Thanks for being accommodating.

Overpriced and overcharged does not make for a returning customer.I'd recommend going elsewhere!(Written by my partner who arranged to drop off his scooter for a tyre change only to be told after he rode all the way in to town that they couldn't do it due to staff illness, something they could have called to let him know, saving the time and hassle of a freezing ride. To top it off when they did the tyre change a couple of days later they charged him $50 above the quoted price. Not a great look.)

The guys who are working here are very nice knowledgeable. The guy spend an hour helping me and my dad to choice what are the right gears to buy etc. I highly recommend this place for people who are new to motorcycling.
