Kaylene & Judy. My friend needed an update of her mobility scooter. I phoned Adam to discuss. He emailed info straight away. Decision made to buy the Pegasus Pro.2 Staff came the following week with the scooter & 4 different colours to choose from. They even went with my friend to make sure the scooter fitted through the doorway of a place she visits. That was extra great service. Adam is great on the phone. Answered my many questions on a couple of phone calls. We were very happy with the service & would happily recommend the company to others.Judy

Awesome service and lovely people. My elderly grandad was visiting from overseas and was worried he wouldn't be able to keep up with the family when going for walks and sight seeing. We hired a mobility scooter that can be broken down and put in the car and this gave him such confidence and independence that it really made their trip a success!

I rented a Liteway mobility scooter for a 2 week vacation in NZ. The Walk on Wheels staff were very helpful with pickup and dropoff, and introduction to assembly of the scooter. It easily fit in the back of a small SUV and was quick to put together and take apart, which we did many times. The battery also came off easily for charging. Would recommend and rent again.

Adam and his team were so helpful when I had to find and purchase a mobility scooter from my home in Canada for my Dad in Auckland. Adam understood what Dad needed and found the perfect scooter. Within 48 hours of my first phone contact, the team at Walk on Wheels had delivered the scooter to Dad, confirmed that it met his needs and provided instructions on its use. Dad absolutely loves his scooter and is thrilled to have his mobility back - his beaming smile while driving his new wheels says it all. Thank you Adam and everyone at Walk on Wheels. I cannot recommend this company more.I tore my calf and was stuck on crutches that were doing more harm than good, after trying to deal with ACC who told me it would take 3 weeks to have a knee walker delivered I started searching an found Walk on Wheels. After my phone call the walker was at my house within 3 hours. Customer service 10/10, equipment 10/10, (not that I want to tear my calf again) I would happily use this service again 10/10.

I’m visiting NZ from Australia and my mobility scooter seemed to have been damaged in transit. The crew at Walk On Wheels were so helpful. They diagnosed and fixed the problem in a flash and now I’m off to get around and enjoy my holiday!Fast, efficient and friendly.

Review received from some great customers last week.We took delivery of our Pegasus Pro mobility scooters a few days ago and we could not be more thrilled with them .thank you Adam .They really are the Rolls Royce of mobility scooters .We have taken them a fair few kilometers already and they are really comfortable and feel very stable and safe over Waiheke Islands rocky and uneven terrain.Thank you too Carl for bringing them over and setting them up perfectly for us .Bob and Brenda Upton
