Bought online as a guest and made the payment via bank transfer straight away. Could not send them the email to confirm my payment as I never got a confirmation email of the order.Called them and the guy said it's alright. The item will be send.The day after the call I finally got an email from the customer service. Not a confirmation email though, only a message that the item would arrive 2 to 3 days later.Not the most satisfying order process but the item arrived after around 5 working days.Also the item (small end bearing) fits perfect and is high quality for a reasonable price. I'm very happy with that.If something goes wrong with the order, it's best to call them. The (phone) customer service is very helpful an professional.Probably also helpful to sign up so you can check on you're orders. I will check this when I order from scooting again.

Fantastic crew to deal with!!! Online ordering was very, very easy and had helpful advice about parts as well as suggested parts too. Good communication skills even though it’s a busy time of the year. They even included a free bike chain lock as part of their promotion even though I was a few dollars short of meeting the criteria. Will buy from them again and be suggesting and recommending them to my moped community! Not sure what some of these people are a complaining about in the other reviews, just a bunch of Karen’s!!

Parts take longer to arrive than from AliExpress!!! Ordered from their online store, because I needed the parts/tool urgently. They sent two items using two different courier companies (?) They put the wrong details on one package (wrong postcode). One package arrived, the other did not, ended up in a different city. No follow-up, they don't seem to care, tool still not arrived after weeks!

Fast delivery and great products, these guys are the only ones in NZ offering this stuff

So trouble free, picked part I wanted ordered and the mirror arri ved quick smart. I would not hesitate to use Scootling they give great service and super easy to deal with.
