The worst customer service I have ever experienced! The lady was just down right rude and disrespectful with an awful attitude, i was browsing the jeans and not even selected what I wanted to try on before she came over, sighed under her breath and started to refold.. she then went and got the ladder so I had to step back out the way and couldn't continue to look. In a frustrated tone she says, we need to know what you are taking in the changing room, wow!! I kindly addressed her because I could not believe her behavior and she started to raise her voice, another staff member had to ask her to leave out the back and as she walks off she gets smart to that staff member too who was the only one who showed any form of decent service. I did not end up completing my purchase because of this experience and I will not be returning.

Great jeans, fab edgy tshirt designs & you can choose your own colour of the transfers - & now cool hats too. The staff are super attentive and friendly. Love this shop!

Such a shame, I've visited Just Jeans Albany twice this year and both times I have been disappointed that Just Jeans no longer seems to provide any customer service. At all. Is this a new policy? Both times I have had to figure out sizing etc all by myself and dash back out to the store to grab other sizes while mid-try on. It's such a shame that the only contact staff have with customers now is at the till when you decide if you want to buy something. (It's just like online shopping... no interaction... but you do get to try the clothes on before you add to cart")."

Just got the most amazing service from one of their staff members. She gave up the shirts her mum wanted to buy as it were the last two in my size. Felt really special and she has turned me into a loyal customer going forward ! I hate shopping but she made this one one of the best shopping outings I've ever had :-)

Fake advertising, had 50% signs everywhere and then you go to buy something and they tell you it’s off the second item you should be ashamed of. Yourself

We went in as were recommended due to selection of larger shirts for tall guys. Super disappointed by the customer service- staff were arrogant, dismissed my opinion on a shirt / blazer match and did not listen to what we were actually asking for. Would not go to this shop again. It’s ok though, just dropped a grand at Johnny Bigg store - would highly recommend!
