With the exception of one member of staff at present all could do a refresher course on customer service .It costs nothing to be civil and the art of listening to what is being said to them can be greatly improved.Shrugging shoulders turning your back on a customer and walking away is not a pretty sight.Nor is sending some one back to ask What is the Question?" That adds insult to injury.Use by dates on prescriptions are strictly adhered to

Have tried three times to get prescription sorted an still haven't been able to sort it out an now the pharmacy is closed until Tuesday. Was told due to mistakes my meds would be delivered and this has not happened. And due to having terminal cancer I need those meds.
