10/10 customer service. Placed a last minute order and managed to arrange a third party to pick it up within an hour of placing my order. I was deciding between purchasing a belt and wallet from 2 separate businesses and Scott was so helpful on the phone it made the decision to go with Leather Direct easy for me. The belt and wallet are great quality and I am very happy with them, but it was the ease of ordering and helpfulness that made me write this review.

I'm very happy with the men's large tapered leather jacket I received. It is high quality and also very comfortable, fits me very well and even has an inside pocket which is very handy and I didn't notice initially. Definitely worth the price, 10/10 would buy again.

Yeah hi i recieved ur product n i couldnt b happier but only prob is i ordered size too big im hopeing i can exchange it for a smaller size? Iv tried getn in contact to speak to sumone bout it but i havnt had much luck could sumone please get bak to me with how to go bout returning it to hav it exchanged. OK Service, staff member definitely needed some product knowledge to save her life. Had an issue with a product but was quickly rectified. I'd say shop around but worth a look.
