If you're after fashionable, awesome looking and comfortable jeans Texas Radio is a must go to shop. No matter your age, size or shape, the staff know the exact jeans that will flatter and make you feel confident. I bought two pairs today and received a third for free!!! Couldn't be happier - thank you Texas Radio!

We visited the ward street Hamilton store & Sharne was incredible!! She knows her product & we were blown away by her dedication to helping us find what we were looking for, her knowledge of the brands, sizes, styles & history of the product range & to top it all off her customer care!! What a woman you have…a true gem!!! This chick is your stores best promotor & should be valued highly, as that’s what any high end store needs!! Top points for all things!!! If I could leave them 10 stars I would. I am not a fan of clothes shopping due to many things but mostly my body type. However the owner was amazing, he listened to my area's of concern and he talked to me about what jeans and why he said they would look good and feel good on my body. He didn't eve ask me my size (which is great because at this point I had no idea anymore), and the size he brought me fit me perfectly. It's been a long time where I didn't cry trying on jeans and I left feeling great about myself. I highly recommend Texas Radio to everyone.Thank you for such an a wonderful shopping experience.

Exceptional customer service and product knowledge - Sharne was very helpful and friendly!I went in not really knowing what I was looking for after a 5-year-long search for jeans and the first pair I tried on were PERFECT.Sharne gave me lots of tips on how to best look after my new jeans and made the whole shopping experience quick, easy, and painless!If I ever need a new pair of jeans, Texas Radio will be my first port of call!

Best jeans specialist store in Hamilton. Very knowledgeable staff (I can't stress this enough, they know what they are talking about), large international range and quality, and good options for all price points.I was sized up perfectly for fit and given excellent jean care information for the different types of denim. I will be buying there again.

I was struggling to get the jeans in my size, as my size is not common here in NZ. The staff here were able to order them for me from Australia and held them until I was able to get in and collect them.Super friendly and helpful, they will be my 'go-to' store when I need new jeans.A shame other retailers can't follow this example of great customer service
