Way too small for the same price in palmy you get way more. No spa or sauna.Needs majorly updating.I understand hydroslide is under renovation (personally me and my kids have never seen/used it yet)Food/drink options would be nice.

My children always love going to this pool. The junior pools are a good depth of about 75-80cm that allows them to test their swimming skills. The water slide is also great fun, it's not too fast for the younger kids but has sections of black out which adds a bit of fun, with a good stopping area at the bottom. My only reason for not rating it 5 stars is that it's missing a wave pool or river ride type area, so the pools are a bit basic.

Well maintained facilities and friendly staff. This pool is great for the kids with a water slide and inflatables (no additional cost).

The aquafit classes here are fantastic and the staff are lovely. My children have a great time at the pools and enjoy and thrive in their swim lessons. Open until 9pm, it is fantastic to have a late night swim and a dip in the spa. Love the family change rooms too! Cant wait for the slide to reopen

Such a great staff and the life guards are very friendly also.They have a water slide and many cool inflatables for kids to play with and some are really big and u can run across them.The only problem that I've seen is the hottub is hardly ever warm enough and some people have left for other pools because of this.Hopefully this problem gets fixed soon...But other than that everyone is great.Oh and I forgot there are many different classes u can try out and the instructors are very knowledgeable and keep u smiling and motivated.

The slide and the inflatable area were incredibly popular. Good value overall. The small pool was pretty busy with kids with only a few others in there. I also thought the temperature was a bit low for a children's area.

We visit this pool pretty frequently, great facilities, new reception a good improvement, location great with free parking and next to a fun park for kids. Slide is much better than at paraparaumu pools as it's free and 3 people can go down together which makes it much more fun. The only downside to this pool is I have only witnessed the young pool staff on at weekends as being mostly unfriendly, non smiling or engaging with the kids or adults when waiting for the slide etc. As customer service people they do need a bit of training in this capacity as it effects the whole visitor experience.
