We were looking for a specific set of needs and Hope showed us the range of mattresses that met our requirements and budget. She didn't at any stage try and sell us a mattress we didn't want. she was very helpful, and we purchased the mattress that suited us best.

Incredibly impressed. My partner and I went in looking for a super king bed that would suit both of our needs. We weren't sure on whether we would be purchasing a bed that day but with Hope taking her time to explain our options and hear our concerns we left happy with a bed ordered. Hope had great customer service and I would be happy to recommend her to anyone I know.

Great service, and knowledge on caring for bed, offering options and helping to select suitable mattresses and bases to suit our needs. Also thankful for the support received post purchase as one of our base motors was faulty and the same day we got a replacement installed.

We had an excellent experience with Waitamata Backcare Beds. The showroom representative was friendly and pleasant, and we enjoyed our mattress shopping experience. The mattress was delivered sooner than expected and the delivery crew were brilliant- fast, strong, friendly and not only did they carry the mattress up to the bedroom, they also assembled a new bed frame (just delivered by another company) for us in a flash AND helped shift another piece of heavy furniture.
