The best bacon in the Bay (and NZ) with the friendliest team. If you are a local of HB or visiting the HB Farmers Market, I highly suggest grabbing a coffee + Pulled Pork roll from their Holly Bacon Kitchen or the market truck - DELICIOUS (The Matariki sauce is the best).

It is so worthwhile stopping in their shop and eatery when coming to town for some shopping or an appointment. Excellent pulled pork sandwich with their special hot sauce. Coffee was great. But best of all are the staff.

The Holly Bacon always has the most incredible bacon sandwiches and buns and there is always delicious baked treats. The coffee is amazing too. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Very yummy!Everything we ordered was great quality and well cooked.A large choice of sauces to choose from.The place is a bit smokey, but you can eat outside on a nice day.We'll be back!
