Have used Firewise Ltd for many years now and have excellent service on every matter. Highly recommend Firewise Ltd

Pretty average company. Right from a half arsed install effort (cables hanging loose, didnt bother to screw control panel to wall) to an accounts department that can't seem to get anything right, I'd find someone else to look after your alarm needs. Couldn't get off my contract fast enough.

Wicked company, treat there staff well and put massive emphasis on Quality and keeping clients happy

The service is tragic. All they do is rip you off! They came in twice and they were here for 5hours tops. Get the billed for 12hours. As we complained about it and the replied with. “In good faith, we will charge you 10hours” what kind of bs is this? We even sent in camera footage off when they arrived and left

There's no option to rate below 1 star or I would've gone for that. I have also noticed on here most of these 5 star reviews are from their own staff members. Global Lining was contracted to carry out a repair/paint job in our newly build home which was screwed by their poor workmanship. I handed the house key to them in good faith to complete the work in my absence just to come back home and face more disappointment. So far they have taken two months to compete a 3 day job and still it's incomplete. Their staff members Luke, Trudy and Dan struggle to find the contractors to work for them as you can see one of their contractors unleashed below in the review section. You cannot expect a good service from these bunch of dishonest people who would promise everything but hardly honour anything. I will not recommend these shameless people to anyone not even to my enemies.
