Taxi stand

Pre-booked a Taxi the day before. It was 40 minutes late, I rang after 10 mins of them being late and they just told me next available" which pretty much defeats the purpose of pre-booking in the first place.Anyway I missed check-in for a chopper flight to work. Not the first time this has happened

Pathetic. Almost ruined our engagement dinner.We called a taxi and the operator didn't even submit the job.. We had a feeling they pretended to submit the job as they laughed at us when provided our address. Mongrel mob neighbours then starting laughing at us from across the road... not a coincidence, and not the first time. We called again after 15mins because the taxi did not show up. The second operator confirmed that no job had been logged but could see a call was taken from our number. They couldnt give an explanation for the poor service. We ended up driving ourselves to dinner. Hamilton Blue Bubble Taxis then proceeded to call us from someones personal mobile phone number, which had weird background music and dial up tones playing at us. We told them to stop calling us as we are dinning out. We had to turn off our phone because they kept trying to call us back. This was an unprofessional, racist experience and I am disgusted by it. We will never use this company again, and I will tell anyone who needs a taxi about our experience.

Today, 12 of August of 2018 at 3pm I was driving through northern motorway, north east from the CBD when the Taxi with plates GDK604" from COOPTAXI almost crash my car when he was trying to change lanes.He didn't care about it and kept driving after that. He didn't stop

Unreliable company. Booked an airport cab for 0450. Queried the price as using a mobility card and it seems this is different pricing to normal airport fixed price, so they said would call back. Heard nothing so rang back about 9.30pm and asked for cab to be changed to 0445. Woke to find a message sent around midnight saying the price and that they hadn’t heard back so had cancelled it. Meant my 87 year old mother had to get up and drive us to the airport. Not good enough.

Caught a green cab in Christchurch as part of a business trip. Have them in wellington, and they are usually good from what I can tell. My driver turned up 15 minutes early, and proceeded to charge me the waiting fee until I had to leave a meeting early and get my colleague as well. I may not be familiar with Christchurch, but I did my research as to where the taxi should have gone. Went off the beaten track by a block or two, then went back on track. Got to the destination and the meter said $27.40. But when he ran it through his machine to give a receipt, it magically bumped up to 29. Will not be using this service again and I can see the reason for Uber as the return trip to the same place was $16

Been a nightmare dealing with this company through airnz taxi service. book a cab for 4 and later on received a call from them says their car is not big enough, I assume their cab only can take 1 passenger. Then ask me to ring air nz taxi for refund, after waiting for over 30 mins on call, air nz says for refund have to speak to the cab company. Most terrible cab ever dealing with, hope that's will be a negative rating so I can give to them. Not dealing with them again.

Cancel the appointment 15 minutes prior the booking time. There is no responsibility from the driver. If you want to be on the airport on time, don't use this company. Here is my booking ref. 068985.Again and again.12/12/2019. Today, my van was cancelled again due to it need more 30 minutes to pick up. I have to hire 3 cabs instead of the van that cost. The cabs doesn't open Air conditioner in this hot day.Bad service ever !!Here is my job number 078389

One of their drivers tried to change lanes on a red light and drove into the rear bumper of my car. He then took off and speed in order to get away from me. When I complained to the Wellington office his manager apologised and asked for my contact details to get back to me. Over a month later and no response or further follow up from the driver, his manager, or head office. It wasn’t about the damage it was about the lack of courtesy and respect. Will not be using again.
