Unreliable company. Booked an airport cab for 0450. Queried the price as using a mobility card and it seems this is different pricing to normal airport fixed price, so they said would call back. Heard nothing so rang back about 9.30pm and asked for cab to be changed to 0445. Woke to find a message sent around midnight saying the price and that they hadn’t heard back so had cancelled it. Meant my 87 year old mother had to get up and drive us to the airport. Not good enough.

Awesome service!! Penelope picked me up from home, called Cam at Beaurepairs to pump up my flat tire, which had been left in town overnight, and Cam met us at my car. She is nothing but kind, friendly and helpful. Thanks Penelope!!

Unreliable. Did not arrive for hotel pickup. Would not answer phone or reply to texts. We booked an Uber at double the price in the end. Sent email and got reply that their driver had covid. They should have let us know so we could make alternative arrangement. Late for checkin at airport.

Booked a taxi for 2 journeys, from the airport into Dunedin and another back to the airport for a few days later. Booking was really quick and easy and confirmation come through not long after making the booking. The driver was on time and the car was clean and modern for both trips and at $70 each way, was the cheapest deal I could find. Would not hesitate to use them again for my next trip.

Baited and switched. Booked a minivan for a private direct service (booking no 1396), but instead a shared airport shuttle turned up 15 minutes late, and delivered us over 30 minutes later than planned after 7 more pickups. The driver explained to us that Kiwi Cabs has only one minivan that wasn't available at the time we booked so they called his company to take us instead. We were delayed even further because we fought with the driver to pay the reduced value of a shuttle fare as we did not receive the private minivan service and refused to pay for the poor service.
