Wilson Parking Queen Street - SAP Tower
Wilson have a monopoly over city car parking and they behave as such. Customer service is hopeless -- you can pay for a regular car park all you want but they won't tell you where it actually is until you get a ticket -- and they did nothing to compensate for their roller door breaking on a weekend, leaving me without a car. No weekend staff to fix it, no refund once I'd complained. Expensive, too. I'd say avoid but if you need to use them you haven't got much choice. Oh well.

Absolutely shocking, I am so upset at the lack of security your car park has. It costs me $65 to park here the night and I came back to find my vehicle broken into with a smashed window. This is the second time something has happened to my vehicle. I demand a refund !!!!!!! Terrible services, improve your security and customer safety!!!!!

Great location. Spaces can be be a little tight but on the whole ok. Wouldn’t take a large car into this parking. Very tight corners etc. Lifts quick and clean.Price just to expensive. Whole day $60.As compared with others. Some $14 and downtown parking $31. Parking will be the death of shopping in Auckland. Best go to Newmarket with 2 hours free parking.

Would not use unless despite, hardly any Public parking most of it is reserved parking. Parked there late Saturday afternoon early evening for just over and hour and 40min $30.60, very expensive and not good for longer cars very tight.

Parked last in this carpark - car got broken into, along with another.Wilson's team not very helpful at best. Police confirmed this when they turned up to a related incident.Break in right under a camera, levels not well litBest advice, avoid at all costs

I had really bad experience with this car park. They don`t seem to be able to get their early bird time right and charged me $60 for three sperate days. One of the staff isn`t helpful at all. Not recommended.

One star for customer service, of course. This car park has hardly any public parking available and once in, you are surely paying. If staying at Vocce hotel, use the valet.

Wilson Parking Queen Street - SAP Tower
Very overpriced, and the last time I parked there the paying machine wasn’t working. There was only one paying machine available and I had to call the company to sort it out. There were also other people waiting. Very disappointed. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Use Downtown carpark, $4/hr and quite close as well.
