Awesome vibe here. The place is buzzing in the weekend! Beautiful food. Sometimes it can be hard to find a place to yourselves after about 5pm in the weekend as is quite busy in the evening!

Modern venue. Good facilities. $4.50 all day, street level parking across road.

Up from Christchurch for the night. Was a member of the Christchurch club so was welcomed in straight away. Very friendly staff, lots of good quality pool tables. Gaming room was good. Affordable drinks.Overall a very fun experience

We all, my brothers and i took our old mum out for lunch here on Saturday. Everything about our stop here was 1st class at really affordable prices.Apart from the great service at the club,it is also surrounded by a lot of things to see and do. Well worth a day out.

Particularly I not recommend…Good things: The service was fast, the person who attended the reception was very polite. at check-in and check-out they were very kinda , thanks for this!The bed is comfortable, the location is very good.Negative points: The TV does not work, no channels are very old,there is no socket next to the bed, only a distant socket to use, but worst of all, the acoustics in the room, terrible.The phone wouldn't stop ringing, I woke up NUMEROUS times, 2…3amnoise from other rooms all night…a noise with what sounded like the processor in the kitchen sink… or a blender… very loud, very bad acousticsthe bathroom urgently needs a good cleaning, the toilet garbage was from the previous guest, and the shower was very dirty

Great place and extremely busy.. also great parking for some people too very skilled drivers

Great wine and wine tasting were the highlight, and would have gotten a much higher rating had we not stayed for lunch. However, the restaurant food was just okay and the restaurant staff were inattentive - leaving us waiting, refusing to alter a simple item on the menu, and then forgetting one of our orders. Could do with improvement.

The manager of the hotel, the dear man - Graham - a unique personality: his approach to hotel guests, his professionalism, his presence at the right time and in the right place, sets a personal example for his employees. And so in direct consequence, his wonderful team functions: with a smile from the first moment you arrive at the reception and present with you every moment during your stay at the hotel. Even in the good times and especially in the hard times!!! With you and for you all the way. They simply gave peace of mind and complete security before and during the cyclone - Gabriel. I am so proud and happy that I chose this hotel while in Napier. Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart friends. I highly recommend the most beautiful, high-quality and hospitable hotel I have ever met during my travels around the world.
