Move With Raff - Pilates
Raff offers such a great experience for all levels! She is patient, professional and observant, assisting right throughout each class to ensure you are doing things correctly and progressing. The duo classes are such great value, you really are getting a personal trainer. I was never made to feel embarrassed as a beginner, and have been supported so well being pregnant while learning Reformer Pilates, with Raff helping adjust things if need be, and ensuring I’m comfortable. It’s such great fun and I would highly highly recommend her classes to anyone and everyone!

I have loved my time with Raff. She is fun to be with and she knows her stuff. I suffer from chronic pain and along with Raffys skills and the use of the reformer they have helped enormously . I can't recommend her highly enough.

Move With Raff - Pilates
Starting off as a beginner never having done Reformer Pilates before my classes with Raff have been incredible. She is very patient and takes her time assisting you through the whole class to make sure you are doing things correctly. I feel like it is great value for money, plus the classes are fun and enjoyable while also seeing progress. I would definitely recommend trying out Reformer Pilates with Raff no matter what level you are at!

Raff has changed my life and the way I think about strength training. She is patient, extremely knowledgeable and a joy to learn with. She has a better personalised approach compared to other reformer studios in the region which I love!

Move With Raff - Pilates
Went to Raff while recovering from a rib injury. She created classes to target tension in my neck and back, while reintroducing movement across my entire body to provide an overall workout. Raff finds a way to stretch muscles you didn't know exist and puts you in tune with your own body and breath. I'd highly recommend Move With Raff!

Raff is amazing! Her anatomy knowledge is fantastic, she's always checking form & is great at offering alternative movements in need. A wonderful instructor & beautiful person :)
