If you were to recommend The Connect Group to a friend, what would you say?Id say, get Scott Wilson on the phone first, make sure Vali Filimon is your Project Manager and have Lisa and Nick on the job as appropriate (I had jack and pack work on the subfloor and epoxy resin injection to the skirt foundations). If there's any issues, Scott and Vali take responsibility to get them sorted. Ashleigh in the office is a great email 'go to'. You won't be given the run around and they know their work and always get back to you if you leave a message. They were also a competitive price and more importantly, the hard working 'hands on' staff did a very thorough job that gives you confidence that your foundations really have been repaired. The Connect Group were excellent to deal with (this is the second time we have used them) they knew we needed it done urgently, so got the job done within a week of my wife booking it. Very efficient, did a great job, friendly staff and actioned the work very quickly.
