Had a great experience with the team at Energy Motors Hyundai .. very helpful and patient, Justin helped me choose the right car for me and nothing was to much trouble .. my car was ready for pick up early, cleaned to a high standard and everything done as we had agreed .. Justin took the time to go through the cars features and help me set it up .. so impressed with the time put in to make me a very happy customer .. would recommend Energy Motors Hyundai to purchase your next vehicle !! Awesome experience. Had my car fixed at the Service Centre. Top notch service, car came back cleaned and running beautiful, Staff and Manager are amazing to deal with, keep you informed of what needs to be done and costs, a real pleasurable experience.

If I could give a zero rating I would! I enquired about a vehicle on Saturday, was told they had exactly what I wanted but it was getting a small repair. I was waiting for the call to come back and view it. In the meantime another salesman then went and sold it from underneath us pretty much, disregarding his Colleague and myself who had made the first enquiry about it (ironically he was present on Saturday when I made my enquiries). Disgraceful tactics and you should be ashamed if you think that is an acceptable way to run a business. Avoid at all costs if you want professionalism and a business who you can trust with customer care and ethics. If you have to deal with them I'd recommend you deal with Justin, he is extremely professional, has high ethical standards and cares about the customer.
