Aramex Otago

Each time I expect a delivery from Aramex, they seem to stuff it up. Once completely losing the item.I've just had an email saying they wouldn't leave an item because no one was home. The package said no signature needed, and someone WAS home.Package is now in another city at a different depot.

I've been waiting for a small parcel for 15 days now. Was meant to be here in 2-3 days... Still cant get hold of anyone at the branch.This is a joke...We apologise for not fulfilling your expectations. Rest assured we are always looking for ways to improve and doing so to the best of our abilities. Thank you for your review.Don't bother thanking me for my review... I want my parcel!?

My last two experiences with Aramex have been:It took nearly 4 weeks to deliver a parcel because they lost it after a couple of days and it took daily emails and getting the seller to also email them to get a response.Then the next one they delivered in only 2 days! They just couldn't be bother driving down the driveway or using the convenient sheltered parcel space in the letterbox and just threw the parcel into the bush in the rain.It has reached the point where if I find out a business uses Aramex I will actively avoid buying from them.

This is the worst company ever, my parcel always lost by this company. I had to order another one and then delivery delay to 1 week, after 1 week about to delivery. They sent the wrong address then never recovery, I make sure whatever I buy and let the seller know to sent using Nz Post instead of garbage Aramex company

Parcel took 3 weeks to arrive when other couriers 2-3 days.My parcel was sent to the wrong region.No tracking to find it once it was redirected, request sent twice.Had to contact the store of purchase to request they contact Aramex because after 2 emails I got no communication.Hopefully the store uses another courier this was unnecessary when next time I will use click & collect.My squashed parcel arrived in my letter box still yet to be sent to delivery notification.-1 star

I usually don’t like to post bad reviews, but this company is shocking. My parcel has been in my city for 3 days, but is delayed for what ever reason. I have made a parcel enquiry, and have gotten no reply. I have also tried to call 8 times, with no answer. Terrible.

Worst customer experience ever, ordered a rare expensive plant off trademe and express shipping of $36.10 was paid and the package still hasn’t been delivered estimated delivery was meant to be Friday so I popped in to see if it was at the depot to be told no it was still in transit, and wouldn’t be here till next week as there is no overnight shipping between the north and South Islands or deliveries over the weekends, then tracking was up dated to parcel being delayed and still 4 days later no up date, I submitted an inquiry on line on Friday but still haven’t heard back, tried to call depot to find out what’s happening but no answer. I have contacted the seller and informed him on what’s happening and now he has said he will be using different company from now on.Package finally arrived on the 15th in a shocking state, even with fragile stickers on the packaging, the box was opened and taped very badly in red tape and the plant and packaging has falling out of the box and damaged, it was stuffed back in and taped to the box in the same red tape, have submitted a complaint on line and waiting to here back

Wouldn’t recommend… just read reviews below.Ordered something through Rebel… they chose Aramex and not me… I’m around the corner… almost 2 weeks and nothing… no one reply enquiry online and I’ve been calling for 2 days and no one answers…Apparently some drivers are sick and there’s a delay… no excuse for not replying emails or answering the phone…WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Contrary to the rest of the review on here - I have sent around 50 items through ARAMEX couriers in around 3 months, they have been relatively reliable aside from a short period where a lot of their drivers were sick - which is understandable. Admittedly the depot has been difficult to contact in my experience - do not answer the phone or emails. I continue to use their courier services for my customers. Thus far my customers have been satisfied with the deliveries aside from one time in Auckland when ARAMEX Auckland delivered to the wrong house - this was no fault of ARAMEX Otago, however. I will continue to use ARAMEX Otago as my principal courier service if they remain reliable for me.I could not give a 5 star review because ARAMEX have, when drivers were sick, failed to inform me and not picked up my packages for days. I was also mucked about by a receptionist once when I went into the depot. It seems there's probably a few slackers in the business but one of the couriers I talked to seemed straight up and honest which is always appreciated.
