Sad to see all these negative reviews. I have been using ARAMEX a few times a week for years and have always had great service and no transport issues with my customers. A couple times collection for items was a day late, but this is tolerable considering the terrific prices. Great job!

I can't believe this company still manages to stay in business. I don't think they ever managed to deliver a parcel without there being a problem. Currently they claim they can't find my house. It's front row at the street. Visible when you drive by, visible from google maps or google street view. What is it you guys do for a living? No other courier service or NZ post ever had any trouble finding my address/house.

Useless as anything. Despite instructions and ATL, leaves packages in the letterbox, or in the weather.Going to their storage is mildly better, but takes a while to get packages from out the back even.Have seen new drivers, so may improve?

Kath took the time to understand my situation of finding work in another country, where english wasn't my first language. After sharing with Rosalee my situation, they both worked together to find the perfectly fitting job for me. This is something I am hugely grateful for, as it has changed my life and I still love my job every day. They went above and beyond the expectations of recruitment.

Worst “courier” company in the country. 8 days and counting to courier an item from Auckland to Christchurch. Snail mail would have been quicker!Update - don’t even bother trying to call them if you need help beyond the tracking status. They can literally only tell you the status of the package as you see it on the tracking website and can offer no further assistance beyond that. Their reasoning for not being able to enquire or investigate as to why the driver wasn’t delivering my parcel they had been driving around with for 2 days was “we’re offshore”. Puts me off purchasing from that store again which is a shame for the retail business as it’s not their fault

The delivery driver had left my package in the wrong mail box and for three days i had to stew in worry that my package was lost. When contacted the depot, they were of ABSOLUTELY no help and the lady in the reception was simply incompetent and extremely rude. This company has no professional etiquette and their standard of customer service I've received is on par with if your package is lost

I booked and paid for a courier to collect 3 parcels online via trade me for collection (between 8am - 5pm). The courier never turned up and logged the parcel as not available (at 6.15am, according to their track and trace info). I have been emailing them for 10 days and still the parcels have not been collected. This has happened before but never this bad. Very poor service.

I've not dealt with this company for business, only as a fellow road user. I understand you take pride in the 'express' part of your name but travelling at over 100km is taking it a little too far. Please don't.

My local driver is really good but the customer service via the phone sucks. Overseas phone service with no idea about NZ addresses, cities or how to pronounce or spell local names. I rang 3 times trying to get a parcel picked up from Auckland and every time they had no record of the booking. I have an account with these clowns but I'll be going to a different company once I use the remaining tickets.

Lost a $400-worth parcel that was meant to have been delivered to Christchurch but was signed for at Hawkes Bay depot. Been waiting for 3 weeks now for any update through the retailer who seem to have difficulty getting any response from you guys. If it's not lost or stolen yet, the least you can do is communicate and provide better support. Appalling.
