The delivery driver had left my package in the wrong mail box and for three days i had to stew in worry that my package was lost. When contacted the depot, they were of ABSOLUTELY no help and the lady in the reception was simply incompetent and extremely rude. This company has no professional etiquette and their standard of customer service I've received is on par with if your package is lost

I recieved the rudest service from Miranda @ Aramex Gisborne today. I rang to ask about a parcel to which she rudely informed me she couldn't help right then because she was out delivering. (Completely understandable) so I gave her the tracking number which she only took the last 6 digits and my phone number. She said she would ring me back when she was back at the office to check. So 4pm later today with no phone call. I rung back. Her again...with attitude telling me that ain't a tracking no" so I give her the whole number.Its left Auckland was her reply...ok when will it arrive

I'm not even exaggerating, Every SINGLE time I've used your service, there's a problem. Apparently my package was unable to deliver, was home yesterday, no one came, home now, no one came.... Rung up desk lady, tried to tell me my package was in Dunedin, borderline had an argument, then she FINALLY found my package and said it must have been mis-scanned, then I said just deliver it now as I was home, then she just hung up on me.....????It's companies like this is why I'm apprehensive of buying things online, in the small case I have to deal with YOU clowns. Judging by the other reviews, I'm not ion this waka alone.

Been with this company (Fastway) for nearly 20 years and had only minor problems usually fixed to my satisfaction. But now their Pickup service is becoming unreliable. I should be able to TXT a pickup - cant do that now, so I ring the office and its always busy and when I get to talk to someone they say will pickup same day but it seems to sometimes get lost and NO pickup is done so deliver parcel to the Aramex shop front and get a rude impatient reception. Not a good look guys. Workers seem overworked which would imply a BIG management issue - get it sorted or I'm off to your competitor.

I have had really good service sending fruit to my children in the South Island in the past. However I am extremely disappointed in the latest service. I sent a book and birthday card to Christchurch on Tuesday morning with the promise it would take 2 working days to arrive. It was expensive but I thought it worthwhile to get it there on time. It is Saturday evening and it hasn't arrived much to the disappointment of the birthday girl and me. What happened?

Have not had any issues with this company although delivery time is a bit lengthy. Customer service in gisborne depot is great and always cheerful.

Earlier today, 22 June 2023, I had delivery of a flat fragile parcel from a gallery in Whanganui. Although it's raining, it was left of my deck, only part of which is covered, and there was no indication the courier had been. By the time I noticed it was there, the parcel was wholly damp and wet at one edge. This is simply negligent and a good reason not to use Aramex. Peter Ireland 681A Wainui Road.

Aramex have got to be one of the most frustrating courier companies to deal with, any time I've had something delivered by them there's always been problems.Recently, twice I've told them to leave my parcel without signature in a safe location, twice they're left a calling card, even though the second calling card is nowhere to be seen.. so I can't even organize a redelivery.This parcel was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday, it's been three days of messing around, even longer now that it's not going to be delivered until next week.I don't see why they can't leave $30 cable unattended but were perfectly fine leaving a $4,000 piece of hardware out in the rain all day, even though it needed a signature and nobody was there to sign for it.Surely this issue will be resolved by next week because right now I feel like my parcel is being held hostage, it shouldn't be this difficult to receive a product I've paid for.
