Staff member on the day was very helpful not like some other in some other shops

July 2023While I have been through this shop on previous occasions, today I was interested in making a purchase. I approached two of the floor staff who referred me on to another member. I asked if I could at some particular items on display. They weren't very happy for me to do that without any reasonable explanation. At that point I chose to leave the shop. The reason being, No Service No Sale"."

The worst experience ever!!! I waited for 45 minutes until someone finally noticed me!!! This happened on a Sunday afternoon when the store was not busy at all. The staff were super unhelpful despite seeing me waiting in front of the counter for ages but none of them approached me to ask what I needed. I felt so disrespected. I had to buy what I needed otherwise I would’ve left and never came back. Just teach your staff what their job is and why they are in the store (instead of hiding from customers they are there to serve customers! Very disappointing)

Pretty eh tbh when I asked for help the lady didn't look interested and rudely asked do I know what I want then told the cashier lady she helped me which tbh she really didn't she only did it so she can get a share of what I brought part of reason I stick to online shopping.

I had a really terrible experience at the Noel Leeming store last night while trying to purchase a TV as part of my insurance claim. The salesperson's attitude towards me was incredibly disrespectful, and it seemed like they were paying little attention to my needs. I felt as though the salesperson believed they were doing me a favor by helping me with my insurance, when in reality, it is the insurance company that pays them to provide a service.I have no intention of returning to this store and I cannot recommend it to anyone. It's a shame because Sylvia Park is usually a great place for shopping, but the poor customer service at this particular store is highly discouraging.

Extremely unhelpful staff. Their company made a mistake with a delivery to their branch. Went there twice and everytime no staff at the cashier wants to help. They all seem to hate their jobs. Terrible customer service. Never buying anything from them again....sigh...

We wanted to purchase the dryer and the salesguy approached us and said he can deal with us while he was on the phone. We had a few questions if we can purchase it in Auckland and pick it up in Christchurch. And he said yes but we will have to wait until the stock will be available in Christchurch.We agreed to buy it and when we are about to pay, the guy transfered us to his lady co-worker, Anu to finish the transaction. We requested the pick-up to a certain branch in Christchurch and she said it can be arranged. When I asked about the timeline, she answered me that she can not answer the question. I told her, I just needed a timeline when to accept the product and she told me I have to deal with it with the guy (who was still on the phone) as she was only doing this guy a favour" by taking over and deal with us.The whole thing could have been avoided if salespeople should talk about details before turning over a client to another person. Or better yet

The staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with and I was able to locate and complete my purchase without any issues.

Really friendly staff and very helpful - I had 5 different staff members ask me if I needed help the whole 30 minutes I was in store. Some would consider that annoying but I felt that it was actually really good especially when I now visit a store to actually look at buying or trying something!

They never answer the phone 4 days and emails from head office.Yet the staff walk around chatting with each otherEddie when you say you are going to do something then do it. Hide behind emails then reneg on what you said.. Been informedhead office knows what is going on even their own staff from the call center can't reach them
