This shop is clean, tidy, well laid out and provides good value for money. I also received good customer service, a good find for me.

I went to the shop to buy something I seen online. Amazing price, lots of interesting stuff in the store. Staff were friendly and helpful.

There are some good items in there for cheep some not so much but worth having a look in

I ordered online, delivery time was great, unfortunately the product had damaged and they responded straight away that they would replace it with picture confirmation of the damage. Little struggle finding I replacement but they didn't give up and found a replacement and got it sent out straight away. That's some awesome after sales service!

Have a cater master bench dough mixer which was out of warrenty.. Needs repair rang Save Barn for advise re repair.Girl was a bit stumped by question. She did a google search for a repair shop. The one she gave me were not interested . Said they do not repair them. Not a good look for Save Barn . If you sell electrical appliances have info for customers if they need repairs in the future. Recommend some one.This is good customer services .Seems to me if you buy a product from Save Barn thats out side warrenty then you are on your own . This will stop me from buying a Save Barn Appliance in the future. No Back up.

Best to go in-store rather than shop online, you can check the quality of a product rather than purchase because something is on sale, $5 beach towels were better quality than towels that were more expensive. Can get some great deals on normal supermarket items when sales are on, do check your receipts as I've found I was charged full price for an item that is on sale. Would be good if the receipts showed the actual saving underneath an item on sale , rather than at the bottom of the receipt that only shows your savings but doesn't refer to what item/s.
