2 Cheap Cars - Westgate

Faulty cars don't buy from them

Got car appraised and found hybrid battery in poor condition apart from other minor issues, ended up wasting $200 dollars..Tried to contact sales team for any other vehicle, but no response.

On February 9th, 2023, we purchased Mechanical Breakdown Insurance (MBI) from an insurance company through 2cheapcars Westgate. However, on February 17th, 2023, the insurance company canceled the policy and refunded the premium to 2cheapcars Westgate. Despite having elapsed 7 days since the refund was issued, 2cheapcars Westgate has not initiated any action to refund the premium. We emailed them on February 22nd, 2023, but we have not received any response.

I am very happy with my purchase of my Toyota 'Spade'.The team of sales people here were very professional, no hassle & very obliging.

The experience buying there was good. Staff was helpful. But then when we came home we've noticed small fault on the car. Messaged the dealership but they've told us to contact claims department and dealing with claims department was just painful. It seems like they try to make customers life as miserable as possible. Advice is: NEVER BUY ANY CAR WITHOUT YOUR MECHANIC checking everything beforehand.Edit: After repair car came back from their repairer with huge scratches on the roof and they don't feel responsible. Joke

Have just purchased a Mazda axela 2014 from this branch. They had good service and a good range of cars to view. This is not a review of the car itself yet, as I’ve only had it for a day (so far so good!) - but as a comment on the service they have , I think they’re what you would expect from a used car dealership. Good job guys.Only thing I would say is, cars should come with more than 5L of gas in the tank (quarter or even half a tank is what I was expecting there) as I think having to drive and fill up the tanks straight away isn’t the best experience a other than that yeah nice people.Thanks for your help getting the rego and all that sorted same day!Update: the car is running great so far, and am enjoying it a lot.

Super helpful, friendly customer service. Went above and beyond to make everything convenient, understandable and straight forward. Much better experience with 2Cheap then Turners previously. Would recommend.

Kazuya and his team were very friendly and helpful, and happy to answer all my questions. I came in at 3pm Saturday for a Toyota Aqua I had my eye on, and Kazuya got it registered same day so that I was able to drive it away on Sunday when my payment cleared. Thank you for all your efforts.

I went to the 2 cheap cars is located Westgate being a lot of beautiful cars here so fascinating on my laid eyes. What if you go to there, You would be a great place to you and captivated your eyes as well that you see a lot of stunning cars there. The people are so kind and generous for everyone.

I purchased a Toyota Vitz. The dealers were so thoughtful and friendly. Until leaving the 2 Cheap Cars, they gently explained all of the details about the car and the processing document. Thank you guys and I will buy my next car there!
