The Park Motel

So this motel is a hidden secret, lovely rooms full coking facility dependent on your room choice spa baths heat pumps smart TVs with free netflix owners/managers are the loveliest people nothing is a problem freindly and helpful. A little bit of general maintenance needs to happen as most of the rooms have some lighting issues,simple bulbs need replacing and a few missing fittings mostly the bathroom areas servicing is fantastic they take pride in keeping the rooms clean and sanitary for there guests and is very private quiet motel set back from the main road they offer a charge back facility for meals ordered in and if you just want some Uber eats the owners will bring it to your room once dropped off however the servicing and the happy smiling faces from the owners is worth 4 stars on its own stay here and enjoy.!

Very nice Motel Clean comfortable, nice spa bath and easy access. Staff was friendly....alittle strange at times but could be a culture thing but overall 5star

A good motel. We spent one night during the new year holiday, as there was no vacancy at New Plymouth. The room was tidy and quite big, all facilities were quite new. The motel manager (a Chinese girl) is very nice and friendly. She told us a lot of local stuffs. Good one, recommended.

Nice rest on a work trip. Spacious room with tiny but adequate kitchen. Clean facilities and all well maintained.

I've given 2 stars as we actually didn't get to stay here, they cancelled our booking because some painters were taking longer than expected to paint our room. It made the end of our holiday stressful as with such short notice we only had one other option to stay in and it wasn't a good place. Thought I'd give a review so people are aware that this issue wasn't managed well. But I also had understanding of their predicament and the lady apologised for the inconvenience.

Sophie is a amazing host at The Park Motel. Going beyond all to cooking breakfast, to turning on the room lights and heatpump, working around my work hours to make sure I'm ok and getting the most out of everything. Truly honored to have met her and her kind heart. Thanks for everything for my current stay and for the rest of my stay

Have stayed here several times and the standard of service never falls. Extremely honest staff. Forgot a fancy water bottle once and came back two months later and it was returned to me. Such good folk. Thanks.
