I have had a terrible experience with Firmsy. No one has responded to my 7 emails in the past week trying to get my new website to go live. I tried to call them and no one answered, went to voicemail. Next call went to an ex-employee that doesn't even work there anymore. The overall experience has been poor and I would not recommend them.
