Absolutely useless!! -5 stars is more suitedDamages on EVERY delivery (but they try and hide it).Average 4-5 days delays from Auckland to Napier.Worst customer service, same excuses for years (blame the contract drivers).Wayne promises the world, uses the same excuses and nothing ever changes.Don't sign up with this company based on prices = pay peanuts, get .....

Poor service, how do you lose 4 pallets in this day in age with tracking systems! Just unbelievable wouldn't recommend this company to anybody.And they say 24/7 tracking and proof of delivery neither have been applied

Have used them before, they always tried to cram things together to save costs - they take no care of the items. Management team was very arrogant when you tried to raise your complaint, to the point they ignored your email and simply close your account. Apart from that, the customer service is good and the drivers is easy to talk to.

Ticking all the bad service boxes; Poor Quality service, Poor Value, Not professional, Not responsive . They always place pallets on top of our pallets. All damaged goods claims go nowhere, they don't respond or advise when delays. Try to contact their Customer Service number- always the wait is +20 mins. The sales manager is useless. A real shame, do not recommend them

This business unfortunately advertisers that it can handle and deliver all types of containers on any truck etc, but in fact they cannot!!!After much planning and cost, they had not ensured transport of my container from sydney to final auckland destination... i have been left to re-arrange delivery elsewhere with a different transport business at great additional expense for which they(mainstream) consider amusing and told me im an idiot!!If you deal with this business there will be no happy endings!

I think they should have stayed on the Farm as after many emails no one comes back to you after you ask for a Certain Service Request, not the way i am used to to Expediency.

No customer service, made me feel like they were too busy, and I was unimportant. Sales wouldn't answer their phone after multiple calls, no return call. Diverted to a dud number.

How does a freight company send out at 150kg package for delivery, with ONE driver to offload? This cannot be in line with current health and safety guidelines.
