We have such a great courier in Grant. He is friendly, gets things delivered quick and is fantastic when we have a question or need help posting something.

Worst company absolutely ever.Repeatedly they either never pick parcels up, or there is an issue.Recently, my parcel was damaged, not only did i not get any contact from aramex, you cannot contact the 'problem parcel' place in christchurch. Your phone calls go to Manilla.My customer had to go to 'problem parcels' in chch and was told that not only was his parcel flattened. They threw it out.This is NOT aramexs property to throw out.They would not deal with my customer, the reciever of the parcel, because the contract was with me, as i was the freight payer.Now i get told that i have to reimburse my customer, some claims person should ring me this week to get my details, and will take over a month for aramex to pay me back.Surely aramex would pay the customer, not me.On a good note, and it must be said,Rewa Buchanan in greymouth is a godsend. She is the only person that you can trust to sort out these ridiculous non stop problems.Other than that, WORST COMPANY EVER
