My local driver is really good but the customer service via the phone sucks. Overseas phone service with no idea about NZ addresses, cities or how to pronounce or spell local names. I rang 3 times trying to get a parcel picked up from Auckland and every time they had no record of the booking. I have an account with these clowns but I'll be going to a different company once I use the remaining tickets.

Items wasn't received, just happens to be an expensive one... not happy at all.Was hoping there is some sort of insurance would cover it, see how my request turns out...Update: Raised from 1 star to 2 stars, thanks to the seller able to resend the same products again. Arrived in my hands safely this time.

Terrible couriers and even worse customer service.I was in my garage when the courier stopped on the side of the road, put the card in the mailbox and drove away despite me calling out to him!I then called Aramex who said they couldn't re deliver until Monday.However, today (Friday) they have tried to re deliver and due to them telling me I couldn't have it today, I went out and they have left another calling card.I have called again and now been told it will be at least 3 business days but could be anytime in the next week, maybe longer, and they will leave it in my mailbox (it's a queen-sized headboard).I have explained what it is and that it cannot be left in, or next to (their only other option), the mailbox.I cannot wait at home for the next week just in case they decide to deliver. Apparently, there is no one else at Aramex I can talk to and a supervisor is only available via email and I cannot have the email address.I have now requested a refund for both the headboard and the freight charge, as I was not advised that the courier would require me to stay home for a week or can only deliver to my mailbox...

I'm convinced this company is a scam. They've never attempted to deliver a parcel. The times they claim to have attempted delivery, I have been home, and no delivery attempt note is ever present. In my experience the operating model of this company is to ship all products to their collection depot and asks the customer to pick it up. That's not a courier service.

Would NEVER use again. Being a business owner I know customers are valuable as is a companies reputation but I need to write this for the importance of sharing the lack support and service I have received. Our courier cost to send one large package overseas was $489 and it has been sitting at customs since November 2022!!! Coming up 2 months!!! All the necessary paperwork has been complete after a lot of back and forth including physically going back in to do it (this was the beginning of the back and forth) I still have a customer waiting to receive their package and I can never get put through nor receive any response to when my package will be leaving the shores of Aotearoa. Extremely disappointed.

For two days my parcel was listed as 'Onboard with courier - Delivery due today'. Had I known they were having delivery delays I would have happily come to their depot and picked it up myself- but their website listed Hamilton as having no delays in service; this clearly wasn't true. Instead I spent two days stuck at home because I didn't want to leave a potentially unattended parcel at my door for too long.

The Courier Driver ran into my newly sown grass lawn beside my concrete driveway causing a deep skidding tyre track and really messing up my newly sown lawn. No other courier has ever had to come into the short driveway. It was totally unnecessary and the solid concrete driveway is plenty wide enough for any vehicle with plenty of room to spare.I'm an 81 yr old widow unable to remedy the situation without paying someone to do it.I'm very annoyed.

Mmmm there were 3 cars in drive way, and people at the house but they left a Sorry we missed you" card in letterbox. I have read a lot of reviews and they are not very good at all. So someone needs to step up their game"

One star. Let me say, called up and there Tele marketing team is in Phillipines? Like what the hell. It's a messaging service to see if my inquiry is legit enough for a call back from a person in NZ. Just makes no sense. Waiting for a parcel that was held at the depot for 10 days without any correspondence. My number was on the parcel! Not good enough team
