Les Mills Takapuna
This club never has free treadmills in the morning and the ladies changing room has no air conditioning which makes it extremely uncomfortable to even go in there. Gym floor staff are frendly and helpful and knowledgeable. Trainers make you feel welcome.

Some of the benches and plates and other equipments are pretty old and have not been updated for years. Especially, there are no 3.7KG plate here. And the cycle studio is much smaller than the one in NewMarket and Howick club. Not sure why the fee is much expensive than the other two clubs. Maybe the rent here is higher in the shopping mall area. But the staff here are very helpful and nice.

Such a great gym! The facilities are kept clean, it has a large range of equipment, and a positive environment. The X-factor of the gym, however, are the incredible staff who run it; they are friendly, proactive and always keep the environment safe and welcoming to all members. Would highly recommend this gym!

With ever growing north shore population, This Takapuna gym really need an expansion, at the moment it is just too small. There is only 1 studio for classes, getting extreme crowded at busy times. Lucky that I work in central area and got a multi club membership so I often go to Newmarket or Victoria park for more variety of classes.

Barely three stars - last time I came there were renovations - appears these now complete but there are so few machines / equipment. Wide open spaces of nothing. Don’t bother coming for a leg workout. Flipside is the equipment is new.

After paying membership for months without going because lockdowns, I have supported Les Mills for during this difficult time, today on a trail with a PT, I saw inside was full of people, you would not let me have a free go, because it’s been less then two months I have stopped paying, even after telling you I was thinking in rejoining. Obviously you don’t need your customers.
