I booked and paid for a courier to collect 3 parcels online via trade me for collection (between 8am - 5pm). The courier never turned up and logged the parcel as not available (at 6.15am, according to their track and trace info). I have been emailing them for 10 days and still the parcels have not been collected. This has happened before but never this bad. Very poor service.

Still haven't received my parcel, have emailed them and had no reply back, tried again to email them and can't due to their site only allowing you one email per enquiry. Ridiculous!!!! No 0800 number to ask a simple question as to where is my parcel and why it hasn't moved on the tracking site in the past 2 days. I understand shortages in the workforce due to covid but a simple return email would go along way in regards to customer service and bad reviews. Do not recommend this service

Didn't delivery my parcel because of a dog.......no dog guys. So i went and saw them...said they would deliver..........didnt deliver, rang before 5.30 to see where parcel was......sorry we are closed". Please rectify this.Thanks"

Utterly lazy when it comes to deliveries - no attempt whatsoever to bring parcel's to the door instead its jammed into the mailbox - after some parcel thefts from the mailbox i had security camera's installed and managed to catch and confront said lazy driver - response was im only paid to deliver to mail box " pretty sure thats a posties job NOT a courier driver"

I would like to give this company no stars but that isn’t an option,Does not deliver to property’s with dogs …could perhaps ring the customer to come outside to get the package.

Not happy with them at them moment we live at number 20 and get 2Ds parcels. I think someone needs glasses. 2D has already asked for Aramex to be more careful.

Very happy with James & his wife I can just about know what time she will dropping off stock Plus James is very reliable with picking up parcels. I highly recommend Aramex Wanganui plus the people in Reception go out of there way to help.
