Aramex Southland

The Invercargill Aramex team are excellent. I use this company on a regular basis for sending parcels. They are well priced, friendly and efficient. They document well with pictures included once delivered. This is an excellent system when dealing with difficult customers, it makes tracking and confirmed deliveries a breeze. Thanks team, very happy with the service.

Great people to deal with, I have been using Aramex for years now for mostly instruments nz wide.Only ever had 2 issues, but both were dealt with quickly and efficiently.Friendly drivers, staff are efficient and I intend to keep using them in the future.

We have been using Aramex for three years. We found it easy to set up an account with them. We purchased a label printer from Aramex which allows us to print labels for each shipment. We are only charged for what we send. Billing arrives each Monday and has worked well. The service is great Aramex collects our shipments from our premises each day and sometimes twice a day. They deliver shipments within a reasonable time. Tracking parcels is really easy via their website. We are really happy with Aramex service.

First parcel left outside gate (another delivery driver brought it to our door for us before it got stolen)Second time around I had a tracking number from sender. Got notification that it was with courier so made sure I was home. Checked tracking number early afternoon and it had been marked missed delivery" and card left. No one came to door and there was no card. So had to go collect from depot.I don't understand why no one can knock on the door! Nothing was marked on the ticket on the box to say why it was marked as "missed delivery" so I am very confused."

My package has been delayed for 3 weeks. I need it by the 14th of April for an event, but obviously it wont make it. I’ve contacted the company MULTIPLE times, via calls, enquiry, even the person who sold me my item took a 1 hour drive to scold them. They said they’d get it shipped within 4 days. BS! It was wednesday, they didnt ship thursday, then friday was GOOD FRIDAY. I’ve already emailed them 3 times about getting the police involved and they have not responded, so wish me luck with that. This item is worth $700+. Contacting them is absolutely useless. What are you paying these guys to do, and what horrible system have you given them to work with? Worst company i’ve EVER had to deal with. 0 stars if I could.

I always get great service from Aramex, always friendly and helpful, and the Couriers, work real hard and always happy and friendly, and helpful as well, and I will miss our special Courier Guy Ian, he has been outstanding . Best Wishes Suzanne from Thompson Flooring First Gore.

I have been using Fastway/Aramex for my small business for over 12 years in 4 locations. By far the easiest franchise to set my account up has been the Invercargill team though. The added bonus is their super friendly, local driver Trisha, who picks up and drops off to Bluff where I am located. With postage prices rising constantly (especially with NZ post) using a reliable and cheaper alternative has been my main reason to stick with Aramex/Fastway throughout the years.

3rd time in a row where it says that my order is onboard for delivery, but each time it had never been delivered because no one had actually picked it up from the warehouse so I had to go pick it up myself each time.
