Organic drug store

Had ear piercing done for my 9 month old daughter at Lynnmall Pharmacy two days back. It was great with the kind and gentle staff. She was all good after the procedure. Everything was organized and well explained by staff. Thank you for your help...

Incredibly overpriced. On several visits I’ve been astounded at their pricing, with the last a price quoted of $29.99 for blood test strips which the nearest other pharmacy sells for $22 and chemist warehouse at $18 or so.Similar with other products and I’ve realised it’s just pointless trying them.I appreciate not all business are the same, and chemist warehouse is at the low end of the market, but pricing here is not even close to other pharmacies.

After ordering products from NZ Health Store and receiving no confirmation of them being sent after 3 working days, I contacted them to find out why, only to be told that the items were out of stock at the time of order - although this was not noted on their website. Therefore it was my reasonable expectation that these items should have been shipped the first working day after the order, but instead they arrived later than expected, and after we had left for holiday, and were then stolen from our mailbox. While the latter isn’t this companies doing, their lack of transparency around the products they have and don’t have in stock, and their lack of communication about this was extremely disappointing – as was spending $80 and receiving nothing. Had I known they weren’t in stock, I would never have placed the order.

Helpful and friendly staff with lots of stock of useful items. Highly recommended.

Overpriced! Great staff, professional and nice but price is way more than any other pharmacies… vial of saline solution is three times more the price of one in different pharmacies…

Can’t highly recommend Wendy and team at My Natural Health enough. I mistakingly ordered the wrong product and despite it being totally my fault they were completely happy with me sending it back, and then they shipped out the correct product without even charging for the extra shipping or a restocking fee. Can honestly say I’ve never experienced such good customer service, and friendly, polite communication throughout the whole process. I’ll definitely be buying from this company again. Thanks guys
