Can’t highly recommend Wendy and team at My Natural Health enough. I mistakingly ordered the wrong product and despite it being totally my fault they were completely happy with me sending it back, and then they shipped out the correct product without even charging for the extra shipping or a restocking fee. Can honestly say I’ve never experienced such good customer service, and friendly, polite communication throughout the whole process. I’ll definitely be buying from this company again. Thanks guys

They have a great range of healthcare products and more. Almost everything you can think of. Their water filter bottles and jugs are the best I’ve found available in New Zealand, in my opinion. And lots of products I’ve read about on overseas websites, and haven’t been able to find elsewhere. That’s actually what led me to this site in the first place, years ago, and I am constantly finding things on here that I need but wasn’t able to find in stores.

The purchases I made were all Weleda products I have used these products since my now middle age children were newborns toddlers and teenagers. The new 100% recyclable packaging is a great idea. I was most impressed by the strength of the recyclable bag that my products arrived in today. There is absolutely no way that package would be damaged or become insecure. I also liked the fact that it fitted the products snugly without any waste space. Well done My Natural Health.
