Absolute superb quality, world class! What I absolutely LOVE is that my set is microwave and dishwasher friendly! The design is so detailed, sheek and beautiful. Awful is an understatement for this company. If you want to increase your blood pressure and spoil your whole day in following up with your order, please deal with this company.Trust me, I own businesses and would never leave such a harsh review for another business. This review is the overall awful experience of almost a year. The whole idea is to improve the service, so that we are happy to promote and give good feedback. Whoever is managing their Auckland location business, definitely needs to be removed or replaced.Never received my order without several follow ups for almost a year.Please stay away from them

Pathetic company

Where else could I purchase such a beautiful quality dinner set in NZ? The set I chose is the 108 piece Phoenix set….it is stunning. It is both dishwasher and microwave proof, it is fine porcelain and the colours are beautiful….a vivid and elegant set. Thank you Behnoosh for such great service, great packaging and communication.
