Terrible customer experience, even if you have all the legally required identification and paperwork to send or receive money. This is done so they can force you to cancel a transaction and have to repay their fees and send again. Be warned that one of the ways they do this is by not accepting government ID's with your full name on them when the sender has only listed your first name, last name and middle initial, even if they're all the same, you have your mtcn #, all address details are correct, you can tell them the sender and amount, and have all paperwork. Overall, a terrible service that should be removed from the Glenfield Mall.

I went to send money to Australia, and the lady at the counter who is representing you wanted a proof that the person I am sending money to is my friend, which I thought was the weirdest thing to ask. I understand asking for ID and other details which I was willing to provide however, proof of friendship? Really?!I guess commonsense is something you can't train people to have.I will raise a proper complaint with the management with the name of the employee, hope an action will be taken.

So ridiculous that they don’t have NZ dollars in this branch for Cash pick ups. I came all the way from Silverdale to Glenfield just to get my partner’s money transfer but when I arrived, im became so disappointed.

Very bad customer service in Fiji specially Namaka Branch. They say money arrives in minutes, but even after a week later, my receiver went to collect and was told no cash in their branch and in none of Nadi Branches. They dont even have a fixed time frame as to when to come and collect money so what's the use of using this service. I would highly recommend people not to use western union money transfer in emergencies.

Glenfild Rubbish Service, do not go, Went to this morning worst service then went to forrest hill Amazing service. The person was polite and serve me with a great smile. I would not give Glenfiel any star.

Bad costumer service, staff there are impolite and very rude to the costumers. Worst western union i've been to.

I had wonderful service, lady was very polite, helped me set up my online app, and was very clear and patient with my questions, and my receiver off shore had received money very happily and had no problems. Thank you Glenfield Western Union, making transfer much easier to transfer overseas

Discriminatory service at Glenfield. I have been prevented from sending money to family overseas from this store and always have to trek to Lynmall store where the same transaction is processed without any problems. The Glenfield owner is an arrogant, horrible woman.

I don't know why you people (Glenfield mall branch) deliver unacceptable service and cause pain for your customers. Creating inconvenience for people, I go with a $100 bill with a miniscule rip u reject it, others accept it. You close at 6 I arrive at 5:47 just to get my money from overseas you tell me you closed for something that takes 5 minutes ..
