Vacuum cleaning system supplier

Do not Buy the WE2000 OR the SE2000. With only a one year warranty and also repairs that would cost at least 99.00 for repair and have only used twice since owning this particular Model/Brand. Used today, after 7 months and started smoking inside the lounge from the actual carpet shampoo vacuum. Removed the plug and was still smoking from the inside of the Carpet Cleaner. After taking it outside and opening the kitchen window and lounge window. Let off a bad smell. Rubber Smell. was intoxicating. After the smoke had cleared but still left the burning smell in the lounge and kitchen Took the tools out and dismantled to see why it was smoking to begin with. The Motor had completely burnt out and the wiring was burnt inside. Take Note. had only used this carpet shampoo cleaner twice. Owned for at least a year an a half. Caution. Not safe for an elderly person or to have around anybody when it lets off smoke like this. The smell was very intoxicating and dangerous. Had to open the Lounge Sliding Door. Just not a safe product. To anybody buying this product be aware of what they do and not tell you about the product. Most of the times they dont tell you the truth about their products and like to Scam their Customers. SE2000 which is now I see going at 299.00. Please do not buy this. Nobody likes to take responsibility for the Product and expect customers to buy their Trashy Carpet Shampoo Vacuum Cleaner. This Particular Model is a NO GO. make sure that the people who are selling it to you Know what they are talking about as when I phoned them none of them wanted to apologize on behalf of their company nor did they want to own up to what had happened. Shouldnt be working there in my opinion

Godfreys look after us so well- both with the cleaners they’ve sold us and the regular servicing afterwards. We’ve got a dog who moults heavily so have a Hoover Regal for the grunty work and a Tineco for a quick whisk around. Both are very efficient and manoeuvrable vacs that do just what we need them to do. . Great!

Extremely helpful and friendly. I was well advised on replacement shampoo's to work with a machine i had purchased online. 2 weeks later, the suction cover nub broke off and i took it in to see if i could get a replacement as i had an inspection of my rental coming up. The gentleman assisting me replaced the cover in order for me to continue with the carpet cleaning, instead of me having to wait a week or so for a replacement! Fantastic service, highly recommended. Thank you for your assistance, you have gone the extra mile and it was appreciated!

Unfortunately I have had very poor after salesService after purchasing an expensive German vacuum cleaner from here. It has broken down in three different ways since our purchase. On the third occasion we asked for a Replacement or refund. They refused point blank and insisted on trying to repair it a third time. Sales staff could not speak in English very at all, were unsympathetic and could not write in English

Really disappointed with the service and recommendation. I wanted but a Dyson Cordless Vacuum . I very specifically asked for Dyson as I have a old V8 which still works amazing . I wanted a unit with bigger battery and wanted to get a latest Dyson. The sales rep assured me they Dyson is rubbish and go with Tinco. I was told things like its much superior and better for kids with hay fever . Been a year and a half I have had to give the vacuum 3 times to get it fixed. It finally died on me today again half way vacuuming. I would expect a 1000$ vacuum to work better or at least your sales rep would not have pushed it on to me when I asked for Dyson. Never visiting your store again. I have thrown it in the rubbish and gonna get a Dyson from Harvey’s tomorrow . Please do your research and don’t trust the the sales rep in this shop

Went in there just to have a quick browse, looking at upgrading from my Shark. Couldn't have asked for better service from the team. A great bunch of people, super friendly and well informed. The cute ginger guy sold me an Allergy and am just so impressed with how nice my carpet feels after every use. 10/10 would shop with again, keep it up guys.

Really happy with Advance Cleaning. I believe their floor products are better than any I have tried. Their prices are really good. As a business owner I am more than happy with their products and service.

Chris at Godfreys Lower Hutt was a customer service super star. Our new Tineco cordless vacuum was experiencing an issue with its suction, so we popped into the Lower Hutt store for some help. Chris was able to quickly identify the problem and get it sorted for us. He also advised us if there was still an issue, to return to the store and they'll conduct further investigations. It was so lovely to come into a store and talk with someone that knows their products and is able to helps us. Thanks!
