Best service from a tradesperson that I have had. Did everything he said he was going to do and more. Great communication. Good value for money. Left everything tidy. Really nice guy as well. I would recommend Jeff to anyone. I can see why he has 5 starts from 55 reviews!

We've had our Beam a few years and when the suction went down it was a sign it was in need of servicing. Made contact through the website and had a response next business day and then Jeff arrived a day or two later. The vacuum is now as good as when it was installed. The filters were changed so no more dog smell. Our service guy was Jeff - what a nice guy! Professional, punctual, friendly, and respectful while in our home. Thanks Beam, and big thanks to Jeff, were very pleased with your service from start to finish.

I can't recommend Jeff highly enough. Not only did he proactively approach us after we purchased a house with a Beam central vac, but he has also followed that up by being an absolute pleasure to deal with when we have subsequently called him for help. We have received excellent service from Jeff at Beam NZ. Our internal vacuum system is well over 20 years old. It was fully serviced 18 months ago when we had renovations done to the home and needed the motor moved. It was re-installed and works like new. Jeff recently attended to a blockage in the hose which he quickly sorted. They are a great company to work with.

All the 5 star reviews on here are spot on. I did not hesitate contacting Jeff about an issue I had with my central vac. He was quick to diagnose and service. Excellent comms and excellent service! I used the vac immediately and my house was finally clean again! Until my 3 year old woke up the next day...

During the Auckland lockdown (#3), I had a need to have my split hose repaired or replaced. Beam arranged for a contact free drop off and had it repaired in two days with instructions on how to effect a contact free collection. Extremely friendly and efficient service at a very reasonable cost as well. I was impressed.

Exceptional service received from Jeff at Beam NZ, Auckland. He was thorough and clear with the issues he found with my mum's existing central vac system. Options and cost were discussed and a resolution found. He was able to install a new unit on the spot, demo and recommendations given and answered all my questions. Well deserved 5 star rating. I was initially reluctant to install a central vacuum in my new build based on the suction power comments from friends and family. However I got it installed and was pleasantly surprised. My beam has better suction than those 3k, 4K vacuum cleaners they sell house to house. The machine is indeed in another league compared to previous iteration of central vacuums. I would recommend it to anyone doing a new build or retrofit into an already plumbed house.Jeff's service was also praiseworthy. He responded on time, with all the information and advised honestly without being pushy just to make a sell.All up 5 stars experience.
