Excellent over the phone customer service. For a while, I'm trying to find a mop head that Godfreys are not stocking anymore. Called all over the country. As soon the staff know what I was looking for they would not give any help. Called Rick and he tried his best to help me find the product or where to look for it. Very calm, respectful and professionally helped me. This is the kind of service we were used to in NZ which is sadly disappearing.

Great service, knowledgeable team, going the extra mile for their customers. Even brought the vacuum cleaner to my car and loaded it, just because this is the way to provide full service. Highly recommend seeing these guys when you need a new vacuum or spot cleaner. They will even go over every feature of your new vacuum and make sure you understand everything.

As I walk in to the shop, Godfreys Hornby Christchurch I am waiting for sales people to be jumping all over me, however upon entering the very clean store I was happily left to peruse before someone helpful and unobtrusive approached. Well, from there it was an extensive experience from getting to know the product in depth and seeing how that could effect me and my carpet at home. I laped up every word.I can say that my time at Godfreys, albeit brief was a tantalizing journey through cleansville, we ended up with a high end vacuum cleaner and also a carpet cleaner.... Oh yes, different things. Great service and very knowledgeable.
