Mobile network operator

Just had the worst service with this Waitakere business hub. They are time wasters and the representative also has the courage to tell you that they have 11+ years of service doing this and they take pride in putting this on an email. Perhaps this hub should add a tagline #worstserviceprovider and should include a message on their phone service simply telling customers we are here to waste your time.They show no care nor admit their mistakes and they lack product knowledge and yet call them experts. The best advise to all is stay away from this hub as you waste so many hours dealing with them and they just don't care

Business services are based here. If you want a personal phone pop into the store at the Plaza

you can change the name but service from telecom is still terrible don`t honor what they say . Their PR skilss are lacking

Honestly, SPARK is an awful telecommunication company to spend your money with. Each person will tell you something different, most will just tell you what you want to hear so you go away and then when you try to get it sorted, (when you realise they didn’t sort it to begin with) you realise they just hoped it will be someone else you deal with later on so it’s not their problem. So you’re left repeating yourself over and over and over. With no help at all. Not just chartwell spark but spark NZ. Save your breath, time and MONEY… choose a different provider.
