Being Spark customer for many years. Spark Tamaki have a great and efficiency team to solved our issues no matter how big or small problems. From IT support, fiber internet to mobile connections, cloud server etc, they showed us professional skills.We pay to Spark thousand dollars every month. What I can say is the money we spend was 100% worthwhile.Our business can't grow up if without Spark support. Thanks to all your team members.

Customer Service is really bad. Called more than 7 times to speak to our account manager to fix the existing problem on our account. our AM never picked our calls and just went straight to voice mail. really disappointed... will be switching to vodafone soon.
