We had a great experience at Tec Ops Wanaka, specifically Felipe who was so helpful when replacing my MacBook battery promptly. They were able to get the battery from the Queenstown to Wanaka store in a few days, and were flexible on the day they fitted it after our van broke down and delayed our arrival in town. Felipe was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The price of the replacement was reasonable too. Thank you so much!

I had a problem on my laptop's charging port. Felipe was very friendly and solved the problem quickly and for a fair price. My laptop was ready the next day and it has been working perfectly for a month now. I would go back there if I ever have any troubles again.
