Always get my nails done here and will definitely keep returning. Great customer service and nails are done beautifully every time. Always feels super relaxed here. Can only get in with an appointment which is great because you don't feel rushed if there's heaps of people turning up trying to get in. Thanks again!

Pretty guttered with the end result. Thought I would treat myself to a “luxury” mani pedi for my wedding. The lady who served me didn’t speak to me the whole time, just grunted or tapped my hand or foot when she wanted it changed over. She did an okay job cleaning up my cuticles, but the polish hardly goes down the full nail, looks like it’s been growing out for a week already. Super disappointed and an absolute waste of money.

I have been going to Anna since she was in Quality st and was very pleased with the manicure and pedicures she did. I continued to move with her but once poeple from overseas started to be employed. They can't speak English so communication is a tap on your hand or point, which is not friendly. I have now on 2 occasions had to let my nails grow out, from over a few manicures, on my own nails. They had been ground down to many layers and made my fingers very sore. My last visit on Saturday I started off my appointment with Anna as pre-booked and asked for, when it came to painting, I was palmed off with her brother who did a not very professional French paint.I feel it is job n knock these days rather than care. I won't be following onto the next premises.

Awesome spot in Whangārei. Quality service, lovely staff and nice space. Visited for the first time today. Despite it being quite a busy morning, they took me as a walk in and seated me immediately which was appreciated. The staff clearly have good relationships with their clients and remember them well which is always nice to see. My nail technician was friendly, communicated my options and choices well, and provided a beautiful set of acrylic gels. I will definitely be back here, not only for the good service, but also for the lovely staff.

No one spoke to me the whole time I was here outside of “sit,” and “wash hands.” No greeting, no small talk, no apology the three times she cut me and made my fingers bleed.The girl (Lily?) looked at the clock every 30 seconds and rushed the whole process. My nails were not compared for measurements and ended up being completely different lengths when compared later by myself. Some of them are crooked and aren’t centred, which for an “almond” style, looks terrible.There was zero cleaning done between clients (one standing up and me sitting down) A spray and wipe goes a long way for piece of mind. The manual nail files were so worn down they gave me paper burns. There wasn’t enough polish left of my chosen colour so the paint job looks patchy / streaky and thin in places.I think fingerless gloves or covers need to be provided for hands under those harsh drying lights. Really important your staff attempt to work to improve their English. Greeting customers is the absolute basics! A translation machine is cold and impersonal and should not be relied on for effective communication. Also, you run a nail salon but all of your staff have chipped, half painted, rough looking nails. Seems like poor advertising?You seem very defensive and dismissive in your responses to reviews. Stop clapping back and start working on changes to improve your service. There are no excuses for untidy work stations, rude staff, and poor craftsmanship. Almost $70 to be ignored and rushed out with super glue all over my fingers and a subpar nail job? Never again.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, BEAUTIFUL LASHES. This was my first time here, from the moment I walked in Kelly Vu was extremely rude. I had residue mascara in my eyes so she pumped cleaning foam in my eyes and walked a way for a few minutes while it seeped into my eyes and when she finally came back I politely said sorry it stings would you mind wiping it off, she continued to text on her phone and then finally wiped the foam off roughly with pads. After texting by my head for five minutes she finally began my lashes. She put on lash on and texted by my head for 30 seconds, then applied the next lash, and texted for 30 seconds and so on. This continued for around 15 minutes until I said excuse me would you mind text after you have done my lashes as this is extremely unprofessional. She said ok and popped her phone away and continued to do my lashes very roughly. I might also add the eyelash glue fumes were extremely strong and I was basically crying the whole time( I’ve had my lashes done for over 10 years, this is not normal). Once she finished she ripped the tape off my eyes and said “done”. She didn’t show me the lashes in the mirror either. I simply just paid and walked out. Didn’t even say anything in store I was too in shock by the service. At least my lashes looked great :) will never be going here again. Would ask for a refund but don’t even want to talk to anyone here again. My eyes are still sore and bloodshot, see attached photo

Not a good experience, i thought i would treat myself at this Nail spa unfortunately i got cut twice and the colour i chose wasn't the colour i received. Unfortunately i will most definitely not be booking here again.also the hygiene at this site needs improvement.
